Grid Stream Privacy Policy

Grid Stream is a Google Sheets add-on that helps you place warehouse fields on a spreadsheet and pull aggregated values. This page describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your Google account email and name (sign-in).
• Short-lived Google OAuth tokens so we can call BigQuery and related Google APIs as you — never as a shared service account for your data.
• Product usage needed to run the service (sessions, entitlement status, optional diagnostics you send).
• Company glossary terms you choose to save for Ask (if that feature is enabled).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your warehouse fact rows for advertising. Query results are returned to your Sheet for your use.
• Optional AI Ask may send schema metadata (and, if enabled, member hints) to a configured LLM provider — not OAuth tokens or full fact tables.

Retention

Account and credential records last while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting the operator of your Grid Stream deployment.
